"Friendliest and most helpful receptionist ever so 5 stars to her! We are new to having pets and we find pet medical care to be extremely expensive and we end up administering the medicine. May be that’s true for all practices though not just this practice. The vet was very helpful. The nurse has not followed what we paid for nor what we requested at booking time each time so I think it’s important to double check this at booking and again at the appointment time."

"All my animals are registered here, and I can't fault the vets on anything. Having dealt with several vets over the years there is honestly no other place I'd recommend than here! They've managed to save my dog (twice!) from different conditions and I can't thank them enough! The staff are knowledgeable, kind and comforting and they don't treat animals as merely numbers, they really do care about them all. My dog should be terrified of going given what he's been through, but everytime I say we're going to see Dr Mel, or even just the word Vets, he's excited to get there and that's down to the way they are with him.I can't say a bad thing about these guys, and I will always recommend them over any other vets."
