"Great care! Simone was absolutely lovely, and very kindly got there early as we'd had a long drive and she understood that the cats had already been in baskets for ages. Our two cats don't usually like each other, but they shared a Luxury Penthouse and have come out friends again... thank you so much! Thoroughly recommend."
"My nervy cat, didnt want to leave! Very caring staff, & nothing too much trouble. Medication administered brilliantly. My first experience, but wont be my last, in this happy cat hotel"
"Fantastic cattery..have been using for over 12 years without one issue..dedicated owner and staff who really put the cats welfare and comfort first."
"Ever since my poor kitten of 5 months old has come back from the cattery on 11th September (he was there for 2 days) he has been really ill. Bad diarrhea , cant keep food down or water. took him to the vet which cost us over £65 for 3 injections . the vet said that he had been fed adult cat food and not kitten food and its made him really ill. i did stress to the cattery twice that he is only 5 months old and the response was "i better change his food then" i will never never bring my cat here ever again. Also they charged me an extra day because we couldn't pick him up on the Tuesday morning between 10-11 as we dropped him off at that time on Sunday 9th September and picked him up between 5-6 instead so he was there an extra 6 hours and got charged a full day. VERY ANGRY . NEVER AGAIN!!!!! *I will say most of the vet bills was covered today 3rd october, which i thank you for. There is no Mr Browning as we are not married but i will say the whole event was very long winded. Alfie was perkie when we picked him up but as soon as i saw him i did say his belly was big , and you was present at the time and he never ate anything on the tuesday we picked him up and on the wednesday when he started to be very ill and called the vet and got the earliest appointment possible on the thursday. I may also add as our discussion on the phone and in person that i never stated that the vet changed there minds on how our kitten got the ENTROCOLITIS, i said was "that if you look on the internet there is a number of ways he could of got this not necessarily the food, he could have got it from another cat, rotten food, something not cleaned properly" that is what i said so i dont appreciate you saying things that isnt true. I know Alfie was perfectly fit and well before he came to you as he had his 10 day check up appointment for his neutering the day before so his health before coming to you wasnt an issue. i an just happy that Alfie is back to normal now. and his wounds are all fully healed and he is happy. that was always my main concern I wish you all the best . many thanks *"
"My kitten was extremely ill after being in this cattery for 2 days...like my partner has said the vet advised us that he probably been fed adult cat food and it had made him very very unwell. We will NEVER EVER use this cattery again and i'd avoid them at all costs. cost us over £65 for injections because my kitten is suffering extremely bad !!"
