"Just a ordinary Premier Inn with one big difference, its next to a Toby Carvery, which is a shame. I had 2 nights booked (Monday & Tuesday) and made a table reservation for both nights direct with the restaurant as you can't do it through Premier Inn. Arrived promptly at 19:30 as planned and waited to be seated. Eventually, a member of staff approached and asked if I was one of the pre-bookings, which I confirmed and was advised that they had NO MEAT available, (but did have sausages if I was interested, which I wasn't). I asked why they didn't contact me to let me know and got some bushtit story from the manager who said he had tried several times but must have misdialled. His pretence fell apart when I asked him why he didn't send me an email instead to save me wasting my time visiting a Carvery with NO MEAT. So, If you want be sure of something to eat when staying in a hotel, choose a different hotel. I checked out of the premier inn the next morning and stayed somewhere else."

"All good apart from the coffee machine being out of order and no yoghurts. So room great. Breakfast disappointing. If we had been told the coffee machine was out of order when paying for breakfast would not have bothered and gone to Wetherspoons."
