"This is a fabulously quaint coaching Inn. I've been staying here on and off for 14 years and I love it! Great central location with car parking a short walk away. A little old fashioned, but for me, that's part of the charm. The bar, with its open fire is a wonderful place to relax on a winters evening and over the years, all the staff I've met have been brilliant!"
"We stayed for the night at this 17th Century Inn with dinner & breakfast included. Our room was big,quiet looking over the front shops square carpark with a comfy big bed. It had a tv, a heater & a spacious bathroom with shower over bath & lots of hot water. The staff were very professional, polite & the hotel was very clean. This is quite a big hotel with winding hallways in all directions finding some antiques here & there. The dining room was nice with romantic laid out tables & the food was amazing with nice size portions in a master chef style which was a bargain for what we paid for on a Sunday night. We slept well on full tummies & we enjoyed our good choice of breakfast & left happy. We will return again in the near future. The car park is at the back of the building on the side road,the 3rd entrance."
