"Very very disappointed, when we picked up our beagle after 5 days could not believe state he was in. Many scratches (possibly done by other dogs), both rear legs scratched, one ear, just below left eye, bottom lip and nose tip. His eyes watering and he was exhausted (slept for two days). Worst thing was large about 2.5 inch wide bruise (see picture I attached) on his belly, how could this happened? Our beagle is only 10 mont old, was very painful to see him like this. Place looked nice and well organised but obviously isn't. It wasn't cheap as well, £120 + food. We wanted whats best for our dog but now wish that we left him with our friends."
