"After recently moving to Weston from Shropshire, I had to find a new vets, and wow! I am so glad I did. My little doggy has had recurrent urine infections for years, and at my previous vets was never once scanned (with over 9 visits and explaining his symptoms)! After only one visit to Green Pastures I felt that they actually listened to me and got him booked in for a scan straight away. Upon scanning they found a big bladder stone that had almost consumed his whole bladder. The operation, aftercare and follow up appointments were all brilliant all of the staff are very helpful. A big thanks to Bec who performed my dogs surgery as he’s now a bouncy little thing and back to his normal self, which has been a very long time coming. :)"

"Absolutely disgusting experience. My partner and family are too traumatised and upset to write this review. On behalf of my partners family and their beloved Jake who they adored for 15 years it is only right to express the concern of how Green Pastures Veterinary run. My partners family brought Jake in for a check up for his back legs and was impulsively escorted to signing for what felt as “his execution”. Whilst my partners family were in shock their feelings and thoughts were completely disregarded and were made to feel “cruel” for wanting to take Jake back to his home comforts before saying goodbye. With a complete lack of empathy and more concern and consideration for cleaning the veterinary floor and closing, they rushed my partners family to go through with putting down Jake. This was the only option due to the lack of information that was relaid from the vet staff. With that, not all of the family could make it in time to the vets to say goodbye to their lifelong friend who they had spent 15 years growing up with due to scramble from the staff to “get the job done” and get to go home. My partners dad had to sit on the floor in complete shock on a dirty rug whilst saying goodbye to his Bestfriend. Shortly after the family were escorted out the vets with no information and a complete lack of sympathy and no time to really comprehend what had just happened. Please reconsider carefully what veterinary you choose to take your pet to. As a Vet and your entitlement to “take care” of animals it is your role to practise what you preach and I’m just completely outraged with this experience as my partners family are left traumatised and without their bestfriend."

"By far the best vets I’ve ever dealt with. Our cat Cookie was diagnosed with a tumour in her lungs a couple of months ago. Charlotte was fantastic as a source of support, advice and a consistent caring service and professionalism the whole time until we had to say goodbye nearly two weeks ago. Cookie hated going to the vets but she responded to Charlotte better than with any other vet in her 14 years. I knew when the time came that we wanted Charlotte to be the one on duty, she wasn’t rostered to work that day, these things happen. When we arrived, she had changed things around so that she would be there. We will forever be grateful for this and should we ever bring another furry friend into our family, Green Pastures and Charlotte will be our first port of call."

"Absolutely fantastic veterinary surgery. They have been amazing with my baby girl Honey! I currently live in wales but my daughter was looking after my baby girl and needed urgent help! The staff here went above and beyond! If I didn’t live an hour and a half away Ild be registering all my fur babies here. Would highly recommend."
