"I have visited this store many times for aquarium supplies and pet supplies . From the minute you walk through the door am greeted with smiles and staff asking if we want help with anything. We have recently adopted a new rescue puppy .we were welcomed at the tills by a young female employee called SOPHIE. She guided us through the app on my phone and the offers available for puppy care . She was genuinely interested in giving us so much information about what was available to us as new puppy owners . Wow SOPHIE you are a sincere , wonderful person who has a love for dogs and making sure we were fully aware how the VIP app would help us . We were touched and overwhelmed by this wonderful lady .
