"Beautiful old Victorian public park, pretty much left to its own devices. Full of mature trees and plenty of space to walk to dog or the family. It’s a real shame that the council budget doesn’t allow for more restoration as it really could be something special again. The grass looks like it doesn’t get cut to often and the beds and borders are weedy and overgrown, BUT!!!! It really is still a nice place just for different reasons to what it was originally intended"
"Such a lovely Victorian Park. Marred by too much litter. There are bins, but in some areas there are some obvious issues. Shame the council doesn't want to maintain this community area correctly. The park itself is small, but with a number of interesting paths taking you through. As the park is on a hillside it offers interesting views and landscaping."
