"lost my dog due to the company doing nothing to help whilst my dog had a chronic illness, consultation was a joke didnt even give my baby a proper check up,no scans no blood tests, it was just all assumed, they was willing to do a unecessary opperation that wouldve done more harm then good, and was all about making money! Absolute pathetic Avoid at all cost instead go to the PDSA they are all about the Animals and the owners."
