"Quality materials but overpriced in the extreme. First time I went in the shop there was a very knowledgeable girl who spoke to me at length about cats and the type of cat she had and the food they ate and provided recommendations. I have been in there twice since, today included, same girl plus one other assistant just stand behind to talking to themselves, not interacting with customers, I said hello as I walked into the shop and smiled, they just completely ignored me today and on the previous occasion. They’re more concerned with talking about their holidays and gossiping about the customer who came in prior to me. She was returning a catflap System of her once they had the shop to themselves, apart from me, was extreme! Seem to be very two-faced assistance who just do not care about the customers. Wonder how they feel about the animals? Avoid the shop it’s not worth the lack of interaction, save your money and go elsewhere"
"Hi, i happened on your store on Wednesday whilst shopping with a friend. I decided to pop in for a collar for my dog. I was greeted by two of the friendliest ladies, Emma and Sophie. They were eager to help and their warmth and kindness is a credit to your establishment! The collar I had chosen was the wrong size, so I called the store to have the correct size put to one side for me. This was not a problem, i returned with my dog and had the collar fitted and enjoyed my visit immensely! I also noticed that the store was immaculate! Many thanks Pets Corner,I shall return!
