"I contacted Lauren as I needed someone to look after my two cats while on holiday. She responded immediately and came by the house to meet me and better understand my requirements. Few days before I left for my holidays she came round again to pick up the key. It’s the first time I was going to leave my cats in the hands of a stranger but Lauren came across very trustworthy and caring. She showed a real interest in my cats even though they were a bit shy and didn’t want to come say hi. While I was away they bonded though and Lauren kept me up to date with text messages and the odd photo. Upon my return home I found two very happy cats, clearly well looked after.
