"Cashew has been going to Halo a few days a week for over a year. He loves Halo so much, as soon as he figures out it's a Halo day, he starts waiting by the window and enthusiastically lets me know when the van arrives. We get daily pupdates with photos, and additional little video clips on training days. I love knowing that he's spending his day playing with his best friends off lead on a playground, has outdoor heating in winter and cooling in summer, as well as indoor opportunities. He always comes back tired and happy, and sleeps peacefully afterwards. We've used almost all of their services: daycare, sleepovers, training, and grooming services like baths and nail clips. They give him his food and medication following the instructions when needed. He has food allergies and never came back from Halo with a flare up. He gets to train with controlled distraction, such as other excited pups, that I can't add to our training at home. He doesn't let a lot of people touch his paws but he gets regular nail clips at Halo with no problems. We live in central London and I don't drive, so the pick-up and drop-off model is great for us. Everyone we've interacted with has been very responsive and helpful, always with a smile on. I don't know what we'd do without Halo! Additional highlights: - Online, flexible booking system that accommodates even a work schedule as hectic as mine. - Dependable company (and insured keyholders!) so you don't need to be at home for pick up and drop off. - You get to see where your pooch will be spending their days and how they'll be transported before signing up. - Dogs are temperament vetted and always supervised."

"I hardly ever leave reviews, but for Halo I'm willing to make an exception. Poppy's been a regular for the last 18 months and absolutely loves it. She always comes back exhausted from her endeavours and is always so excited when there's a knock at the door and she realises who it is. You get the whole end-to-end service with Halo - they pick up and drop off, super reliable and super friendly whatever the weather. Although it's mainly daycare, she's been for a few longer stints too, including when we've been away on holiday - and it's so good to know she's safe and well and happy."

"Halo were amazing, and an absolute saviour for me and my puppy. Frankie went to Halo from the age of 6 months for about 8 months, until we moved out of London. We visited the daycare facilities before we committed to anything, just to see how Frankie got on and so I could check out where Frankie would be when he was there. There was plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors - space for quiet nap time, and lots of space for running around and enrichment and agility activities. The dogs were also taken out on walks as there was plenty of space around, so Frankie was able to burn off all that crazy puppy energy during the day! He practically ran out the door on his daycare days and loved Bruno, who came to pick him up a couple of times a week. He always came back tired which was the sign of a good day. They also sent little pupdates and photos during the day so you knew what he’d been getting up to. Having spoken to Bruno and Justin on a couple of occasions when Frankie was slightly challenging…they were super helpful and gave some really sound advice. I knew Frankie was in very good hands on the days he was there. He is a very social dog so loved playing with his puppy pals, and I also recommended Halo to a couple of friends with dogs of a similar age so he sometimes had some friendly faces to mess around with. The facilities and all the staff were excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a daycare. They were super easy to manage online - you could book, cancel and pay for it all online so minimum hassle. Frankie and I moved out of London which was the only reason we left, but not before they gave him a special little birthday celebration and a fun last day. Thanks Halo, you were and Frankie and I were so grateful for your help in those challenging, early puppy days!"
