"Paid for next day delivery at higher postage rate. Item was sent cheaper postage not next day. They sent it Royal Mail 24 which clearly states it’s not next day and took 4 days to arrive. It was clearly sold to me as guaranteed next day delivery as advertised on their website. Royal Mail do offer this service it’s called special delivery and is not as cheap as 24. There were no strike or industrial actions taking place it was simply penny pinching and miss selling by the shop. Owner promised to refund postage costs then started ignoring all messages, I sent a few as I was getting no reply, unlike the instant reply’s when I wanted to place an order. Now I’m having to do a charge back through bank. I’d avoid these guys at all costs. These things can happen but what makes the difference is communication and good customer service. On this occasion the seller was found wanting on both accounts."
"This shop is absolutely amazing ! It has everything anybody could ask for ! Really friendly staff that make you feel welcome and jot at all uncomfortable, very non judgemental and relaxed. If you are nervous the staff even offer cups of tea! Brilliant prices and fantastic quality items! One million percent worth the visit ! I will never shop anywhere else !"

"Never a bad experience here! I normally hate going to public places to exercise. But passion makes me feel welcomed, we get the room for £5. So cheap!! And they are always friendly and accommodating. Defiantly recommend anyone wanting to try pole go to passion!! Their equipment is top of the range and its a spacious place!! You will not be disappointed!!! :) Oh and the shop its self has an amazing range , ann summers has nothing on it!"
