"The worst Broker i ever came accross Customer service is so pthatic and Awefull. They agreed final amount of premium with 6 years NCB and after 15 days they changed the premium to £200 more just said in his letter its mandatory adjustment i called and their customer service representative is so so illetrate and he actually does not want to help so everytime i call he says and said unfortunately he cannot help my adjustments cannot be reserved but i spoke to his manager and finally adjustment is underway and hopefully will be done in couple of days. But i strongly recommend do not buy anything from them not helpful at all stay 10000 miles away from them"
"Worst ever experience of my life that I selected peacock insurance. I would say don't try these people at all they just trape customers. They have silly terms and conditions. They just want to grab money as they don't care about customer. Worst customer service ever . Can't even tell u how much they will charge u if change your policy untill it's done and when it's done u will b shocked with their terms and conditions you will b in a condition that u will cry on ur mistake"
"They left me until last day with my renewal for a trader policy and on the last minute they give me a huge price (£6700 per year) and after a month they cancel my policy without any reason but they don't refund my money back. I'm acting them in court ! Don't go true them... worse company I had ever meet !"
"Nightmare - they gave me the cheapest quote I could find for motor trade insurance, and as I am 56 and have not had an accident or claim for many years you would think it would be straightforward... But the hours I have had to spend providing them with information about every detail of my previous insurers and history........ Why was there a gap of a few months since my previous trade policy expired? How had I been able to drive around? [I had another car which I shared with my girlfriend, on another policy] ..who was this car insured with? A renewal notice including the words 'Years no-claim-bonus - 8' was not acceptable to Peacock - I had to send for Statements of NCB, from both my previous trade insures and the insurer of our private car. And these wouldn't give me one, as my policy is still current... So now Peacock have issued me with a Notification of Cancellation After paying them over £500, for 3 months of cover. (If I have even been covered - I only had a 1-month cover note initially). My previous trade insurer Bollington, wanted over £700 for renewal, and I could have saved myself a lot of time and emails if I had just accepted that and not gone to Pedant, sorry, Peacock Insurance Services"
"If your looking to insure you business avoid peacock. Took out a policy with them answered all questions honestly as I could to then find out I did not have enough no claims discount, tried to sort it out in the allocated time before policy was cancelled but trying to get through to speak to someone usually takes 15mins minimum. Then my policy gets cancelled because they dragged there heels, so I ask for refund on the £500 pounds I had paid, oh they said its ran over the time now and I owe them £265. Biggest bunch of unhelpful con artists I have ever delt with."
