"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that won’t charge you for something that is not required. I wanted to fix strange suspension noises in 05 CLK which different garage couldn’t identify. They’ve contacted me saying that everything was checked and that they cannot locate the exact issue so it won’t be possible to guarantee the repair and then advised that it’s best not to just change random parts and hope for the best. They would be happy to disassemble the suspension and check part by part but only after my confirmation as it would come at a cost. In the end, they didn’t charge my anything for the initial check but gave a lot of advices. Overall, I am very happy about the service provided and would definitely recommend Autohaus."
