"Tried to book a taxi for 8am on a Friday morning from Bedwas to Cardiff, but they won't do it. Obviously don't need the money. I will never use their "services" again. Pity I couldn't choose a ZERO star rating!"

"I booked a taxi from llantrissant to Bedwas Saturday afternoon for an 11pm pick up on the Saturday night . I had a txt confirmation of the time and pick up address. The taxi didnt tiurn up. There was no reply on the taxi office number or the txt number the booking confirmation came through on. We were basically stranded 12 miles from home. I called the taxi office the following morning and got the brush off 'i dont know.... i wasn't in last night....ill let the boss know when he comes in' Rubbish service rubbish response. I will never use Civic again and wouldn't reccomend them to anyone."
"Terrible taxi firm. Called and waited 50 minutes, when I called back the man said that a taxi had already turned up... this was not the case and even it it was, we had no phone call to let us know this. The man was also very rude on the phone to me. Definitely do not recommend!"
