"Have spent £100’s with them over last few months with my bike being off the road. Called tonight after booking some flights to pre arrange an airport run to and from Bristol, £75 a trip. Given one of the trips being on New Year’s Eve I thought I’d book now. Lady answered told me she was on her own and to call back tomorrow, ok no problem. However, before you hung up you was clearly with someone as you said ‘ why would he ring on a Saturday night to book now’. Considering it says 24/7 on your website and I’m about to spend £140 with you a bit of manners wouldn’t go far."
