"Affordable pet care, with great service - how it should be. Thank you for looking after dream!"
"Best vet Iv been Thank you for your care Very affordable"
"Very friendly staff onsite, but when booking app I was meet with unhelpful assistant who could not locate details and I was send away and said thar the registered owner of pet had to call.it turned out thst when pet owner called there were no issues with finding the details of pet. When in clinic - excellent vet care for pets very friendly reception staff and vet as well who very gladly answered all of questions. I came out feeling that I was given great advice. I have been send a text message reminder for vaccines for cat, however it did not specify that the vaccines were booster vaccines which was not covered by the kitten package purchased earlier therfore when I arrived I had to pay for it."
"My dog went to the vet with a problem with his leg, they said it was fine and should just be rested … lucky I took him to get a second opinion because it was much more serious.. absolutely terrible vet. Not going back there"
"Awful vet doesn’t care about animals. Called them earlier today as I found a tiny fox that was dragging his back legs and in a lot of pain. The receptionist immediately told me they won’t look at a fox. When I asked if a vet has a duty to provide pain relief for injured wildlife she wasn’t interested. She checked with vet and both agreed they wouldn’t help the fox. Then I said if I brought him in would you not feel any compassion and want to help. Still they refused to help. There was no emotion or concern for the patient just deflection and point blank refusal to help. They even said they had made it there ‘policy’ not too help wildlife. Please do not choose this irresponsible and uncaring practice. There are many great vets who help all animals and would be better to support those ."
