"They are wonderful. My cat had to have surgery and they took great care of her."
"Joshua used to treat my late dog Luka and since I switched my current dog Luna very happy with the service.Such a nice Vet honest and doesn't carry out unnecessary testing that some of the larger commercial vet practices do."
"Josh the vet was amazing and handled our pet’s euthanasia with such care which made a very sad day more tolerable and Boca the long term Receptionist an absolute gem. A top veterinarian surgery."
"Have swapped over to Mill Lane from another local vets as I found their pricing much more reasonable. They have always been able to get things sorted for me at very short notice when necessary, and the staff are lovely too. Special thanks to ‘Catnip Karen’ for the catnip toy she gave us - Saffie’s not put it down since I gave it to her! Highly recommended."
"DO NOT TAKE YOUR PUPPY HERE! I took my doberman puppy to get checked the day after picking him up from the breeder. On arrival I was told to fill out a form which included filling out which breed the dog is. Joshua told us the dog was fine and gave us worming to give the puppy. I felt he was thin but believed a vet would know best, and if the vet says he is healthy, you believe him. After giving the worming the puppy was shaking violently and had extremely bad Diarrhea all night. I took another look at him and decided despite Joshua saying he was healthy, this puppy was extremely underweight and I wanted a second opinion. the puppy was 4.3KG and I saw online they should be around 8KG, whilst dog weight can vary, I could see the puppys ribs sticking out (see picture) and I strongly believed he was not well. I called Joshua up and told him this, and his response was that the puppy is a small pincher and not a doberman...am I sure he is a doberman? How do I know hes a doberman? If Joshua bothered to read the new form I filled out, he would of seen it says DOBERMAN. The puppy is very clearly a doberman. After he accepted this he admitted for a doberman he may then be underweight and to bring him back in. There was no chance I would bring him back to such a neglectful vet. I subsequently took him to an emergency vet who saw the puppy and was SHOCKED by the weight and shocked a vet could not tell this was a doberman and did not read the papers. The vet advised the puppy needed to put on weight ASAP and that he was extremely fragile. They were shocked by the service I received. This is not even going into the fact that Joshua was late (and it seems from other reviews this is a running theme). I took my puppy elsewhere for his second vaccine and therefore requested a refund as Joshua had made me pre-pay for this and I didn't get the second jab with him. Joshua said he will not refund my vaccination but offered a free consolation. He couldn't pay me to go to him for a consultation. Disgusting. I find him a neglectful vet and scary that he is in business."
