"I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS INSURANCE!!!!! When purchasing my vehicle from the dealership, they offered to set up this insurance for me but I just requested for them to send me some more information and I’ll think about it. Two weeks later and I get an email saying a direct debit has been set up for insurance with this company. I called them and cancelled explaining that I did not give the dealership permission to set this up for me. They were happy to cancel and I received confirmation of cancellation today. A mere 8 hours later and I get a new email, confirmation of setting up a new policy with this company!! Absolutely ridiculous that i have now had two policies set up WITHOUT my permission."
"As a repairing garage, they dealt with the claim quickly covering labour costs fairly and provided good quality components on the same day as the claim was submitted. Staff on the phone were polite and helpful. Overall a very easy company to work with"

Most of my claims have been denied without a proper explanation of why, they simply don't pay out for what they claim to insure.
