"The good part - Contacted this company, explained the query to the receptionist, she put through to Janet Butterfield, she answered me query and went through the costs etc, ended the call by explaining I have to speak with my family and I will come back to her in due course. The bad parts - Tried giving Janet Butterfield a call but unavailable, got told by the receptionist that she would pass Janet a message to call me back. Gave it a few weeks but still no call back, so decided to call them again, got told Janet was now on holiday, so left another message to get Janet to call me back on her return. Gave it another few weeks no call back, so rang up again and explained to the receptionist that this was the second time I called and Janet had also not previously rang me back, the receptionist didn't take this well and got quite angry, she then reluctantly put me on hold and spoke to Janet who advised I now deal with her colleague a Naheed Akhtar. Who surprise surprise was not available at the moment, told the receptionist again to get Naheed to call me back - but you guessed it - no call back and its been well over 5 weeks. Wouldn't recommend this company, save yourself the time and energy and go with a company that actually cares! Very poor!!"
