"Good comms with Jonathan. Great price, very close in feel to the concept 2 version … almost half price ! You need to view the Concept2 assembly instructions to put together but it’s not rocket science. All seems good It’s for home use not commercial gym so it’s a bargain. "Bought an Assault bike for a great price from Jona and collected it from his place in Cardiff, it comes in pieces but its pretty self explanatory to put together, although there are manuals online and most assault bikes are pretty similar. Had an issue with an unlucky manufacturing defect but Jona got back to me straight away and sorted it out so cant fault him at all, best customer service ive had for ordering gym equipment! Gave it a good workout, and its pretty much exactly the same as any assault bike you'd use in a gym even down to calories burnt. Would highly recommend ADVG if youre looking for great quality gym equipment at great prices!"
