"Couldn't give a zero unfortunately. Really rubbish service, waited 20mins for staff to acknowledge that I wanted to purchase trainers, after having 2 members of staff walk past me TWICE!! I then had to find a member of staff to ask if anyone was working as they seemed to have alot of staff but all standing around chatting to each other. Then I had been given the wrong trainers and told "they change colours" when they are clearly different. JD, Please train your staff better!!!"

"If i could of given a zero i would very poor customer service seems more like a social club for the staff and always has been at this store poor attitudes purchased trainers for my daughter who wasnt with us were for a present wasnt shown them by the girl was to busy to get back to her conversation then put them behind the counter as leaving the store checked box wrong colour partner went back in poor attitude yet again we just decided to leave and take it to head office! Also can you stop asking staff to post bogus reviews on here so obviouse no wonder shopping is going online these days with the calibre of staff on offer it has never changed in that store."

"Great store. The employee went out of his way to sell me the most expensive trainers in the store. He spent time explaining how the shoe is made in China and that many hours had gone into designing the shoe for the support and longevity of the foot. I tried them on and tested them around the store, they had an alarm on them due to the price so I could not leave the store to try them on the tarmac and see how fast they were. He sold them on the promise that I'd get at least 1000miles out of them as they are extra hard wearing and also told me about the Nike 2 year guarantee. Should the shoe rip or get damaged in 2 years then all I have to do is provide my receipt to get a full refund. After selecting the correct size he wrote his employee number inside the box to receive his commission, he then put them behind the counter where I had to wait for them to remove the alarms and pay for the shoes."
