"Booked a taxi to take me to and from Calderdale A&E after a severe leg injury, two separate drivers one for the outgoing journey and one back home. Both were fantastic taking it steady and carefully so as not to cause me more pain over the speed bumps and when accelerating and breaking, also very patient whilst I struggled to get in and out of the cars both adjusting the front seat for maximum possible convenience and comfort. This isn't the first time I have used them, but every time I do I get fantastic professional service. I also find them very trustworthy, my partner is also very comfortable when she is alone with them on a journey. Highly recommended."
"Some drivers are great but had a few recently that disagree with everything you say. dont look at notes on bookings and argue threating to kick you out with no refund. even had a particular driver wanting to drive down an alley for a scrap... good job the council sorted him out and he wont be driving for anyone there again. AVOID they need shutting down"

He collected us 4 from The meeting room in Elland and drove us to Mytholmroyd , on the way he has to stop 4 times, because my partner’s was being sick. This driver showed such a patience, not once he was mad, if fact he gave tissues and his water. Thank you to him and a big shout for a great service, would recommend this firm to everyone!"
