"I needed a taxi to get my frail mum to a hospital appointment and back without the stress of having to find a parking space etc. Crossleys were great. The cars came exactly on time; they were nice and clean and the drivers were lovely. We’ll definitely use them again"
"Do not use, no care for customers. I rang on Christmas eve to book their dog friendly car for Christmas day. I was told I couldn't book a time a day before, only a couple of hours in advance. I found this strange but asked if they would definitely be available on Christmas day at 10 o'clock. They assured me the car would be available. Roll forward to Christmas day I called 3 hours before I needed the car "sorry mate, no dog friendly car tonight" I told him what I'd been assured and he just apologised. He didn't seem bothered. My family got a taxi home and I had an 8 mile walk home with our dog."
"I rang for a taxi which arrived very quick. But before he arrived I had just fallen. & couldn't get up. My friend asked him if he would help me up as I have arthritis in both knees & left foot. He got of the car helped me up of the floor & waited for me to collect my stuff from home. Put them in the taxi for me & helped me in the taxi. I would like to say a big thankyou for helping me today."
