"I want to thank all the staff for their incredible job. The nurses, the receptionist, but most of all the vet (unfortunately I don't have her name, but she'll know I'm talking about her and the best care and treatments for my little boy Mr Sprinkles we received). So much reassurance and support. Thanking you all, but mostly, the most caring vet I've ever had a huge luck to meet, and whose devotion is of the highest standard. God bless for everything that you do for our beloved pets ❤ ❤ ❤"
"Staff and vets are always helpful, friendly and gives the best care for my dog. Never had any issues"
"Horrendous customer service, clearly are not “BEST FRIENDS”, the receptionist was on the phone, rude but with a false smile, when I have asked about other vets as she replied in a very patronising way that she doesn’t know but clearly she didn’t want to help, more so she had a very not friendly attitude in saying “it is one Veterinary”, again making all feel unwelcome as she was maybe bothered from being in Facebook or so. So bored, so ungrateful and unhelpful more so, clearly breaking the law as one vet is not acceptable to be regardless of it being a small clinic or not. What a waste of your time as a human and lack of emphatic approach that is golden rule for customer service and working with animals and important for the clients ! Outrageous customer service, the person at reception clearly doesn’t value her job, respects herself or love animals. Stay away from that practice, it is a disgrace for pure souls like animals and she , as a face of the company should be retrained and taught morality, etiquette. Such experience should be avoided! Shame on them, the name, the animals they represent. Rude to the core, I have never ever experienced such behaviour and being on the phone it is unacceptable when customer in need are coming on the door. It is not giving anyone, any pleasure to ask for help. Horrible customer service and inhumane approach. Zero zero stars and tolerance for such a person that smiles with fake smile and had no empathy. Stay away from that practice!"
"If I could not add a star I would. So I went to forest vets about my dogs leg, due to the dog not displaying too much pain or the general pain level I was advised to put her on medication and see how she goes after 7days... After 5days a broken bone starts to heal itself which then causes difficulties along the line leaving a smaller chance of keeping the leg. Due to the advise of this veterinary practice I waited 7days can you imagine the worry and pain my little dog was going through with a broken leg ! I would not recommend this vet You go to professionals to get help amd correct recommendations I was wrongly advised which had been detrimental. Horrified by their lack of knowledge and they are the ones to advise us."
