"Authentic Krav Maga class in Leeds! Gheorghe and Orjan both are wonderful instructors with lot of experience. You don’t just learn self defence using authentic Krav Maga but also learn techniques on how to stay aware of your surroundings and how not to attract unfavourable situations also pointers on UK law which you don’t find easily on google The sessions are full of energy and if your motive is just fitness believe me a 2 hr session burns 1200+ kcal (as per my Apple Watch)"

"Spartans Academy is a place to learn self-defence, but not only teaches self-defence techniques, but also the laws in force in the UK, and what are the rights of victims in the event of an assault. I started Krav Maga a few weeks ago. After a few lessons, I was pleasantly impressed by the teaching method and the communication skills of the teachers.
