"The care provided by Emma, Harriet, Ben, Bex, and team is compassionate and holistic. They work tirelessly to find the root cause of the most challenging cases (including drawing on their networks of other practitioners), and work with you to come up with a treatment plan that considers your pet’s wellbeing, your own wellbeing, and the practicalities of treatment. In my case, they’ve helped navigate challenges with pet insurance coverage and been mindful about recommending treatment that may not be covered. There are few things more reassuring than a vet saying “if she were my dog, this is what I’d do.” I know Emma cares for my dog as if she’s one of her own. My dog has visited many times in the last two years and her only complaint is that they don’t have after hours cuddle service—as captured in this photo."
