"I had to rush my fur baby to Village vets at St Helens the response l got was Amazing l would recommend them to anyone. But please make sure you have pet insurance. I didn't but they were so so helpful"
"In my expirance just wanting money. My cat had an eye infection and the veterinary American ladie said she didn't and passed it off as her being tired and suggested we pay for blood tests which one said one price other said different price. As a result all my cats now have an eye infection. They didn't ask for money just handed me a receipt of the cost of the cat food. Didn't seem very serious about caring for the animals as they chat and laugh and ask me to leave my cat with them. Never expirance anything like it."
"Unfortunately my pet cats have become unwell needing emergency care veterinary nurse(kelly)is kind caring professional after treatment by all the excellent vets (Chris and colleagues)Kelly guided me treatment plan as well as payment options whilst be caring and supportive most of all the personal touch we love our pets and they care ."
"Have always had great service from this vets from booking appointments and the welcome we received from the staff, through to the level of care and support for my 2 cats during some quite challenging times we had with their health. Would highly recommend!"
"I would put no stars if that was a choice! Solely based on one person and their extremely poor customer service! My 15 year old dog's health had quickly declined and we knew his time was coming. We originally wanted him to go naturally and discussed this with our vet (Kensal Green branch, who have always been great and so helpful). I was advised to call St Helens as they had a vet on site, to enquire about medication to help alleviate any pain and make him feel more comfortable. Instead of showing any empathy or willingness to help, the person I spoke with was blunt and judgemental. She said that they'll need to discuss this with the vet and get back to me, but that keeping him alive longer is just cruel. First of all, I'm well aware about my dogs needs. If I felt he couldn't endure any longer we decided we would of course euthanize (which is what we ended up doing in the end anyway). This was a very difficult time for me and my family, I did not need this person to judge my decision and quickly dismiss me over the phone. Second of all, I never received a call back. Which just proves to show that my dying dogs needs wasn't a priority to her OR she did get an answer from the vet but is just rubbish at her job and never got back to me. How this person still has a job l, I have no idea."
