"We recently visited this Vets Surgery with one of my daughters Guinea Pigs (Blossom). When I initially telephoned the reception staff were very helpful and enrolled us on to their books and offered a same day appointment. We attended the surgery later that day and all the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. We were seen by one of the Vets (Claire), she was very gentle with our poorly guinea pig and was very caring during the examination and administering the medication. She gave a full account of the animals health and her prognosis and her advice and recommendations for future care. Overall this was a very positive experience and it was very reassuring to meet such a caring professional. I would certainly recommend this practice to others seeking a good local Veterinary Surgery and would definitely use them again if needed."
