"Due to move into a property next week that we have let through James Douglas, but the service so far has been excellent. I phoned up to arrange the viewing last minute in mid-December and spoke to Gemma and she showed us round within a few hours. We went and viewed a couple other properties which weren't as suitable, so I phoned back up and asked to see this property again, Gemma met us there within a couple hours and we agreed to let the place. Gemma has then been absolutely great with helping out through the process since, either over the phone or on email, including liaising with the landlord on some queries we wanted rectifying before moving in, now we can't wait to get the keys next week. Thanks for all your help Gemma, it was greatly appreciated as a first time renter!"

"0 stars if I could. A giant waste of time. Avoid! Similar to other low star reviews, I called to rent a property and spoke to Gemma. She said they'd get to me on the same day a few hours later, but didn't. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and recalled 2 days later on a Friday and the operator said no one was in the office and to call back on Monday. Called and the same thing on Monday - no one in office. I called again today, a week later, and was told I'd get a call back today. They've now closed. Does anyone work there?"
