"I would give 0 stars if possible!!! Very bad experience. I ask to book the viewing of a flat and they propose me to view it on Friday at 14.45. I receive multiple emails to confirm the viewing and I have always confirmed. On the day of the viewing, one hour before the appointment I receive a text asking to confirm again the viewing at 14.45. I did confirm. On my way to the property I received a call from the letting agency but I was driving and I of course didn't answer. I arrived at the property at 14.35 (I had to ask for a permission from work to go there since the only time available to see the flat was on Friday after lunch) and I saw I received a message from the letting agent saying: "Hi, tenant has left the property. Really sorry but we have to rearrange the viewing". This is a very poor service. They appointment has been scheduled on Friday at 14.45 three days in advance and just 10 minutes before they cancel. Very unprofessional and poor service. They clearly don't know how to do their job. I would suggest everyone avoid this place and look for a more professional service."
