"I had an appointment booked in for Monday 11.10am at Coventry Laser Clinic. Upon arrival at 10:30am at the clinic I was asked to fill out 2 questionnaires. While I waited for 40 min several customers came in late for their appointments and were seen. When it was my turn, I was immediately approached by the consultant stating that the notes on my file were very confusing for her. I started explaining about my hair journey and my previous treatments and was pretty much told within 1 min of me walking into the room that I will need to be rescheduled. I made arrangements to come into the city centre, pay for transport have an hour of my time wasted by your staff and poorly managed clinic, in my opinion your staff did not manage their diary well and therefore I suffered as a result of poor management. I suggested to the consultant to phone the Kensington clinic in London and speak with them if the notes are confusing for her. After speaking with the manager at the Kensington clinic on the phone after leaving you clinic in Coventry they advised that all notes are on my file and are sufficient and the consultant at Coventry should just follow the notes and continue my treatment from there! The manager of the clinic Laura refused to contact the clinic in Kensington to clarify the notes and have my treatment as scheduled, I feel like my time and money have been wasted, I want a full refund, an apology for the poor management of your clinic and turning me away from my treatment, I want an apology for not even attempting to resolve the issue at your Coventry clinic and I would like a form compensation for the money I wasted paying for transport to specifically and only come in for this appointment. I can provide receipt of travel. I will be contacting the CEO of the company via linked in and address this further! Poor customer service! Poor management! I do not recommend!"

She takes very good care of me and always makes sure to ask if everything is comfortable while I get my treatment done and if I have any concerns.
