"If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute disgraceful attitude from 2 of the receptionists. Not willing to help whatsoever and were just straight up rude and arrogant. Told me a clinic I was after did not exist there. After asking if they could search my name on their system, which they claimed they are unable to do, and give advice on where to go, they bluntly told me to try floor 2. Floor 2 was infact the clinic I was after. Absoltuely vile behaviour from ground floor receptionists. People go here for help which is certainly not the intentions of the receptionists."

"How long they will treat us like animals?!!!;!; You call in the morning 8 for appointment and you are in the queue number 14 ,how??? Explain please ....if you call one minute before 8 line it close ....one hour you waiting on the phone and she will told you no apoiment for today go to walk centre.... rubbish GP.... rubbish all this centre and no one doing no change ....lot of people complaining and no chance to see some changes...same rubbish and rude staff .."

"I recently visited the Coventry Walk in Centre and was appalled by the level of filth and disrepair. The waiting room was extremely dirty and unsanitary, with trash littered on the floor and stained furniture. The air was stagnant and had a strong odor, making the experience even more unpleasant. The wait time was also excessively long - they quoted me over 6 hours for me to be seen, despite the fact that the centre was not particularly busy. To make matters worse, the staff then informed me that they were only accepting patients under the age of 5, which is simply outrageous. This is a blatant disregard for the needs of the community and I would not recommend this facility to anyone. The poor cleanliness and discriminatory policy make this a completely unacceptable place to receive medical care."

"Went in after appointment booked with 111, was told partner would have to visit too, was given a slip with all the details on they would need, the slip says to just come in and not make an appointment. The next day I drove the 20min and paid for parking and was told that you couldn’t just come in (even though the slip says to do this) we’re told to call at 8.30am to book an appointment. Following day at 8.30am called up and spoke to receptionist who told us not to wait but to come down straight away as doctor needed to see partner. So again took day off work and rushed down with partner again had to pay for parking. Got to the 3rd floor receptionist who then said… “we’re full you should have rang and made an appointment” good Lord what kinda skills do they require when they employ a receptionist…. So total waste of time and has caused us financial loss due to incompetence of the staff"
