"The moment we met Stefan we knew he was going to understand our vision, needs and most importantly lend his expertise to the plan. He was pleasure to deal with and quickly designed our kitchen to the highest standards. Communication was superb and his team a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend."
"We engaged Stefan at Kitchens Inc to design and supply a kitchen for our new extension. He was very helpful from the outset, we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted but he was able to provide valuable professional insight to enhance our initial ideas. They have access to a huge range of products including units, worktops, appliances and gadgetry. He was also able to provide contacts for trades he'd worked with previously who were duly engaged and they worked together seamlessly. It had the effect of being project managed without the hefty bill! We are thrilled with the end product, all units, worktops and appliances were supplied by Kitchens Inc and their prices are keen, I couldn't source the appliances for anything close from anywhere else (and believe me I tried!). As with all big projects, some goal posts were moved along the way as it evolved but Stefan was very accommodating and all changes were dealt with promptly and with minimal fuss. Charlotte helped out on a few occasions and between them we were kept well informed with regard to timelines and deliveries. It was quite a big project and has taken a few months including the building works so could have been quite stressful but between Kitchens Inc and their excellent local contacts, the whole process has been remarkably easy. I would highly recommend Kitchens Inc, thank you!"
"From our first initial visit to The Kitchens Inc, Stefan couldn't have been more helpful. He understood what we were trying to create and worked with us, unlike other kitchen companies we had visited. We loved that we could take samples away, got to see images of how it was going to look. To being able to visit the Crown showroom to see actual kitchens and various configurations of draw and unit systems. 4 weeks before installation I had a total turnaround on one of the grey colours we had chosen. NOT A PROBLEM. Stefan dealt with this like a true professional and it didn't hold up our installation. From Stefan to his team of kitchen installers, you wont be disappointed in using this company. Many thanks, we love our dream kitchen. Dean & Lauren Young"
"Did you know that this review is limited to 4,000 characters so this is the edited version. Writing as a professional property investor and developer I write to warn all that KitchensInc are by far the worst kitchen supplier I have ever dealt with. My most recent decision was to purchase a kitchen with appliances with KitchensInc. It has left me frustrated and thousands of pounds out of pocket. My mistake was to trust Stefan (the owner/ Director of the company). Pre-sale Stefan promised to provide me with a decent high-quality kitchen, it is not I took the decision to use Stefan as he was a new company and I hoped in supporting him he would provide product and service of a quality that young enthusiastic companies so often achieve First the equipment supplied. When I researched the combined cost of the cooker, gas hob, fridge freezer, sink, taps, dishwasher and extractor fan the whole lot came to just £1,200. When I confronted Stefan on the matter he admitted that it was worth just £1,000 of his total quotation. You get what you pay for so the finish and quality of these appliances are poor. £6,000 bought the rest of the kitchen without worktops. The carcasses are basic flat packed that have been screwed, not glued, together. The hinges are cheap, the drawer runners are plastic rollers and the doors basic. Every trades person that has worked on this project have also commented on the poor quality, so this isn’t just my opinion. I have of course complained to Stefan and his response is that he has done nothing commercially or morally wrong. He may be right on the first point as blatant profiteering is not a crime but I would certainly argue his second point and I hope this review will cost Stefan more than he has made by his unwillingness to make good on his price and quality decisions. Research, I didn’t look into exactly what was going to be delivered, and even when it was it took me a while to realise what rubbish I had been sold as I busy with work and home life. I have read Stefan’s response and I must say that for a kitchen supplier he is not very observant on fitted kitchens! The installation that Stefan is so scathing of isn’t virtually complete. You can tell this by the lack of fridge freezer, double oven that has an inch gap above it, lack of worktop, hob, sink and dishwasher plus missing doors! To write that I was happy with the product supplied is just a lie. As soon as I inspected the goods, I rang Stefan to complain. As you can see the appliances are not fitted and due to the poor quality will not be used. That I should stick to the “plan” when installing the kitchen is just nonsense. I did ring Stefan a number of times as no instructions were supplied and his plan view of the kitchen is incomplete and inaccurate. Between two walls. I had a gap of 3 metres which Stefan filled with cupboards adding up to 3 metres. He did not account for the corner posts which added 50mm to the width required. This does not sound a lot but took some fabricating to find. Note the position of the sink which is above a corner unit. If I had fitted it there then the sink and plumbing would have made the rest of the cupboard inaccessible, 15 years I ask you! I moved the dishwasher, made the 400mm cupboard into a 600mm and fitted the sink to where it is on my recent photo. The corner cupboard can now be used. To say my fitting is below standard is pretty annoying and premature. Each unit is fixed to the wall with two or four fixings. All adjacent units are perfectly aligned and screwed together. All are accurately fitted vertically with a laser level. I have a quality DeWalt circular saw to cut the end panels, kickboard and architrave. Once I have the custom granite worktop fitted, I will align the doors and drawers. If I am missing something then please enlighten me. My conclusion is that I should have stuck with my original plan and gone to Ikea where the kitchen quality is more superior with the appliance portion of the quotation £3,000 instead of £1,000 so I would not have had to replace them."
"Stefan and Charlotte recently did up our kitchen and it has been completely transformed. They were great people to work with, always available for questions and support. Our kitchen finally works, gives us enough storage and is a beautiful space to be in. They were really helpful in finding the right components that would work well for us and even had the fitter build a custom bench when we couldn’t find something suitable prebuilt. Our kids love it too, and keep on offering to do the washing up!"
