"I managed to get a booking for Sunday the 12th at 19:00. I did think it was odd the date and time but it was on their online booking system. I also got a text message and email confirmation and a reminder a few days before. I got to the groom room and it was closed! I didn't receive a cancelation at any point or an email explaining it was a system error. I left an email the same day and I haven't received a response. I also left a voice message and still haven't received a response. A total waste of my time and poor customer service!! calling the groom room is pointless as they NEVER pick up and they never get back to you when you leave a voice message!"

"Not really satisfed with the puppy groom. We went one day and I think our puppy got more trauma than a happy time. It was her first visit and she wasn't encouraged by the groomer at all. No one cuddled her or gave treats to make her happy and feel rewarded during the visit. Instead of that a person was saying ''naughty dog'' which I don't think should be acceptable, especially if it's a puppy that doesn't really know what's going on yet. We're definitely not coming back here again. I give 2 stars for a low price and brushing a dog."

"Was anxious to take my dog here as he has never been to the groomers and is just over 2 years old, he is a very nervous dog especially when it comes to loud noises and his nails being done. But they were fantastic managed to have his nails clipped no problem(only little moaning from him) and he came out fresh and clean, still looks shiny today. Will definitely be taking him back."

"I used to take my dog there for grooming before the lockdown. The staffs were great. My dog sheds a lot but after each grooming, I could barely pull off any hair. I could finally take her for grooming again recently. The staff I knew seemed not working there anymore. After grooming, my dog looks really clean so I called a Uber home because I knew she shouldn’t shed at that point. However, when we got off the car, there was so much hair left where she stayed! I was so shocked and had to pay extra as I felt so sorry for the driver. When we got home, I tried to brush her and it was like that she’s not been brushed or not been properly brushed. If you have ever washed a moult dog, you would know that they shed worse immediately after shower and that’s why they have to be brushed. This is the basic. Very disappointing."

"Took my dog here when he was about 6 months old for his first puppy groom. I understand that a puppy groom was not meant to be a full on professional groom and more to get puppies used to being handled by groomers. The Groom Room called me 20 minutes later to say that he was ready to be picked up. I was surprised as it was advertised to being around a 45 minute session. When I collected him, his nails had been trimmed but were all jagged and in a worse state than before I brought him in, they were truly awful. The man who groomed him said that he had to get his female colleague to hold on to my puppy while he clipped his nails as my dog was too wriggly. Sounded like they rough-handled my scared little pup instead of trying to slowly introduce him to a new experience. Now he just sees grooming as a horrible and scary thing. The end result of jagged nails wasn't worth traumatising my puppy over. My pup is now fearful of groomers and hates being brushed, which is very sad as he was always a very happy little dog before that. I regret taking him to the Groom Room for his first puppy groom and wish we had taken him to see someone who was more patient and caring to nervous puppies."
