Bought a double wine box and Katie dressed the bottle and box and added leaflet explaining what the qualities of the wine I had bought Excellent service with that added extra. "Ordered wine for my wife’s birthday party. The manager was extremely helpful and offered good advice. We were able to taste some of the wines too. The wines for parties are on a sale or return basis so you can confidently over order knowing that your event won’t run dry and you can get your money back on any bottles that remain unopened. Free glass and cooler hire too."

Once we had left the shop she realised that it wasn't included so contacted me to inform me of so. She didn't have to do that and could have allowed me to carry on with the subscription but helped me out instead. Great customer service."
