"We arrived at the store at 8.30am. We were appalled at the state of the store. Firstly, it looked like no cleaners had been in. The floor was filthy. Secondly, lots of unworked cages left dumped on the shop floor. Stock dumped on the floor in front of the shelves. Empty shelving due to lack of stock. Cardboard and plastic strewn across shelves. The only staff available were the home shoppers. As usual, no management around. I was told that the night crew finish at 6am and the next shift starts at 10am. So no one to fill the shelves, or move the dumped cages. A truly awful shopping experience."
