"The consultant that visited me to assess my needs was very good. However the chair they sent out to me was not what was recommended as Vergo decided to send out a cheaper version without consulting me or my company. This took a further 6 weeks on top of the 3 weeks delivery to get the correct chair. I had recently had major back surgery and this was fully explained at the time of the chair being ordered. This really was something that they should have sorted first time round given how serious my back problem is. The desk and arm rest are perfect for my work."
