"Had new seat cushions made 5* just lovely thankyou"
"We took in 4 sofa cushions to be refilled. Their remedy was larger and thicker foam but when they put it in the cushions they were too large for the sofa. After some persuasion they recut one cushion to size but it was still too high, looking odd on the sofa and uncomfortable to sit on. They have refused any refund or alternative solution. We will not be using them again"
