"I ordered 6 chairs. They did not have all 6 in stock in my colour. I was offered sequential delivery or delivery after a brief delay by an email. I opted for delay. Communication was easy. When the chair arrived unfortunately one has been damaged in transit. After emailing the company, the replacement chair was delivered the following Monday. I felt the company were really professional and trustworthy in their dealings with me. The price was competitive. Shipping communications were easy."
"Ordered two Calligaris bar stools on 25.12.2015 and I paid upfront. Design 55 website stated 3-4 weeks delivery lead time, as it still does!! I have phoned numerous times to ask for a delivery date without success. I was told they were going to be receiving a delivery on Friday 4th March 2016 from Calligaris and I would then receive a phone call telling me my delivery date. No phone call was received on 4th March, no surprise there, so I have phoned Design 55 today. Guess what. My bar stools weren't on the delivery they received last Friday. After being told Design 55 were struggling to get hold of the supplier because they don;t speak English (??), I cancelled my order. Design 55 have had my money for over 10 weeks and are STILL unable to give me a delivery date. Design 55 have NOT been proactive at all in keeping me informed on delivery timescales, I have done all the phoning. Shocking Customer Service, just hope my refund doesn't take over 10 weeks to process."
"I would never ever order there again. Ordered a Moshi Versacover for iPad Mini with Retina Display on the 30.01.2014 - was indicated as in stock and delivery time for UK would have been 1-3 working days according to their homepage. Contacted them a few days later and asked what was going on since they didn't send the order. Their response was: "The item is now due in to us at the end of this week it should have been with us thursday last week but we were let down by the manufacturer and then your item will be dispatched immediately, so sorry for the delay." I told them that their availability was still on "in stock" though what wasn't even true the week before and hasn't changed since. Their estimated delivery time also still showed 1-3 working days. No response at all to my last email and they didn't change the product status - clearly just trying to get your money without having the product!! @Adam 15.02.2014 Thanks a lot but - No. I just canceled the order via paypal and I hope you guys react in time so I don't have to wait a couple of weeks longer because now other shops have the cover in stock and I guess their shop-policy isn't putting it "in stock" without having it. Btw. I told you twice that that's wrong on your hp and you told me you'll fix it. The cover it still "in stock" and delivery is still 1-3 days for the UK. Any further comment needed???"
