"First time visiting, on a busy Saturday and have to say it’s perfect for kids, my 2 under 5s loved it. It’s also nice and clean (including the baby change!) Great system of being allocated a table when entering so you have your own designated space for belongings. We had lunch there too and portions are generous. Staff very helpful too. Will definitely be back in the future."
"This is a great soft play. The equipment is new, clean and well maintained, the food is good quality, well presented and fairly priced and the staff go above and beyond to fix any issues. My younger child put her hand into my older child’s salad and a staff member understood the problem and was happy to supply some fresh cucumber straight away! Would recommend as an Autism Friendly location."
"Great venue. My 2 year old daughter loved playing here. Lots of staff and was clean and tidy. Constantly cleaning up. Good timing for in and out. I think you get two hours which is plenty and stops it getting too busy. Lovely to see a local, family run business thrive in Leicester. Wish you all the best and even more success. The best bit...she fell asleep straight after for her afternoon nap!"
