She never picks up the phone and never replied to my emails. Other people replied and I was dealing with different people all the time. TR1, Contract, Outstanding Fees had mistakes! The seller near dropped the sale because my concerns were not passed to her for 3 months! Save your nerves go somewhere else!"

"Awful experience with this company, the solicitor dealing with my divorce forgot to submit bank statements on time, this got me a £5000 fine, then two weeks before my hearing which should have allowed a 50/50 split, got sacked from the company and the owner could not have cared any less and told me to lose my split as the kids would eventually inherit the money from my ex wife!!!! The only person left to deal with this case was the owner ‘Lyons’ who was only qualified as a conveyancing solicitor Years later I am still struggling financially. Steer clear!"
