"I got in touch with them when my solicitor became unavailable but it turned out to be a mistake and a waste of money. They showed no interest in the case but still retained a fee as if they got any work done even though I’m now back to looking for a new solicitor. To make things worse I had to chase them for two weeks to get a refund for the rest of the advanced payment made. "I had a very difficult case as I had my daughter’s visa was rejected due to me using an incompetent agent to do the initial application. I then engaged with a Law firm to take on the matter. The law firm I used took my money and did absolutely nothing with my daughter’s case. I was desperate and searched yet again for another law firm. I came across BPA…..
