Talked me through the whole thing and my cat was treated amazing and was made to feel so welcome. Louise is the beautiful lady who groomed my cat and he adored her. Would definitely recommend for cat grooming. 100000/10 from me!"

"I'll avoid this groomer, they completely destroyed my dog. I called up today to complain the woman tried saying to me she only clipped around my dogs ears. You can see in the pictures how short it is now in comparison. His belly has been cut short, front legs, and all the hair on his back legs. The only area that you've kept some length is his tail and chest. His chest has also been cut shorter but not as drastically as the rest of him. The first two pictures is my dog before the rest is what they did to him, its completely outrages! The woman louise who butchered my dog wouldn't come on the phone, also wouldn't give out her last name. They never even offered my money back. Completely unprofessional. As you can see in the before and after photos I provided you can clearly see she cut more than his ears!"

"I am SO happy! Please ignore all the negative reviews! If you can see the before and after. They have done an incredible job! Bella is NUTS! They told me it would be 2 hours or more but I got a call after an hour and she was done! Speedy and amazing! She smells incredible as well! I just can't thank them enough. Worth every penny!"
