"Staff helpful enough but stock management is probably the worst I've seen. Click and Collect items meant to be in stock, weren't available. Alternatives were chosen, not in stock either. Third choice, no stock. Finally staff suggested different products as nothing ordered available ,both totally unsuitable. No point getting a refund at the time, as along queue was forming . I'll try a different branch and if that is as poorly managed, I'll give up."
