"Mkm have invented a new level of incompetence. Ordered 5 locks in December 2020. Only 1 arrived. They accepted the mistake. They then got the other 4, great. 1 was damaged. They ordered a new lock. I went to pick up. Lost. They had to order again. Called me. I went to pick up. By this point we are in March! How time flies. I again went to pick up. Couldn't be found again! Was told they would deliver to me. They called to confirm. Waited another week and still no replacement! I've called and no answer. I'd send them The award but it'll only get lost or damaged! Don't bother emailing after they respond to your review. They never reply. Yet another example of poor service!"
"i used MKM for a couple of years although i found there prices and service very good I had to stop work to look after my wife before she died of cancer they were very good about this for a time has i could not pay my bill due to no income when probate came through which took forever i paid my account off i am now living on a state pension and they want over £600.00 in charges and intrest of which i finding diffacult to pay so be warned no othe builders merchants did this to me and were willing to wait After writing this review mkm got in touch and apologized for what had happened due to automated process all been sorted now always found them helpful and prices very keen I would have no problem recommending them"

The guys outside are always helpful and always give good advice. Perky Bathrooms, get all my materials at mkm and never had a problem. Great working together with Russell.
