"really helpful and happy to offer advice, the delivery driver is a really helpful happy to get stuff safe on front of house. A week later and those helpful staff became unhelpful, cynical and unable to tell the truth. Then after hiring plant before Christmas and paying for a extended period, we get a local delivery driver coming to take back the plant for not paying....if only the staff in branch had a bit about them they wouldn't have lost our business, so far this year its 40k on basic materials. Never had any contact from any meaningful staff member since. Sad customers don't really matter."
