"If I could allocate no stars, I would. Company sent a broken playhouse twice. They had a month to get it to my house in time for my daughters 4th birthday party. This hasn’t happened. Courier left it broken even when I requested they didn’t, banging on the door at 8am (not knocking). My daughter will not have her present now it’s very sad. They are resending out but too late! See images of the damage from both occasions. I feel very let down and discusted by the service received. If you need something good quality by a certain date I wouldn’t bother. Also, nails exposed around the windows for a child’s play house. This isn’t good enough Shire."
"Affordable priced products and superb customer service. Highly recommended. I bought a pullcord switch from here for my young sons bathroom, and it had lasted for quite a long time, but eventually no longer switch on. I went there to buy a new one similar to the one that needed replacing, the person who served me let me have the switch for free as he said it wasn't my fault it broke, which I think is exceptional customer service. I would definitely come here again for my building needs."
