"I would've given it negative stars...The first time I went, I got an amazing haircut, the old lady was great...second time I was stuck with an 23ish, pink hair, fat(sorry, there is no other way to describe her) and that was a nightmare of an experience. You could sense the unprofessional cutting. My hair is long and literally some of my hair were dangling out when she pinned them and trimmed my sides so unevenly. I told her to fix it but she wasn't able to, I literally have to do it myself and I did a way better job than her. Me as an engineer could give you a better haircut. Never going back there again!!!"
